Day By Day Itinerary
Day 1: Depart from New York or Washington for your flight to Johannesburg, South Africa on South African Airways.
Day 2: Upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport you will go through immigration and clear customs, re-check your bags and then proceed to the Domestic Terminal for your onward flight to Cape Town. Then upon arrival at Cape Town Airport, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel.
Accommodation: Your choice of Cape Town Hotel with breakfast included.

Option 2: Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa
Option 3: The Table Bay Hotel
Day 3: Today you will be taken on a half day Winelands tour. While South Africa's fertile valleys are world famous for their crisp white and classic French-style red wines, the Winelands area is also a treasury of rustic beauty and sprawling estates shaded by giant oak trees. The backdrop of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, the white gabled Cape Dutch homesteads and the oak-lined streets and lanes all blend in to give this place a charm that will not be quickly forgotten. See some of the wine estates that were developed by early settlers who produced the wines sought after by Napoleon, Bismark and royalty such as Edward VII. Stop for a wine-tasting on an estate, where you will have the opportunity to purchase some of the wines.
Day 4: Enjoy an optional helicopter ride from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront to the Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa. See the amazing sights of Cape Town, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Enjoy the stunning views of the V&A Waterfront with its hotels, shops and restaurants, as you travel west on the breathtaking scenic flight along the beautiful beaches of the Cape Atlantic Coast. (Not included in cost of tour, pricing upon request.)
Day 5: Today is a day of leisure to enjoy the wonderful city of Cape Town.
Cape Town is a city with a diverse range of attractions, sights and activities to offer and has something for everyone. From the landmark beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay to the vibrant V&A Waterfront and Cape Town city center, the award-winning wine farms of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek - time spent in CapeTown will not be forgotten. Cape Town is a sophisticated city at the gateway to a majestic continent. The Mother City is a place where old and new harmoniously converge – in history, architecture, cultural pursuits and the essence of its people. Warmed by the African sun, the City is dominated by a towering, table-shaped mountain, set on a peninsula of soaring, rocky heights and lush valleys, where two oceans converge – Indian and Atlantic. Immense natural beauty, and the fast pace and bright lights of a great urban center meld effortlessly here. Firmly positioned on the international map, Cape Town offers a myriad things to do and places to see, whatever your tastes, inclinations or budget.
Day 6: Today you will be transferred from your Hotel to Cape Town Airport in time for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg.
On arrival at Johannesburg Airport connect with your scheduled flight to Hoedspruit. Upon arrival at Hoedspruit you will be met and transferred to your lodge.

Day 7: This morning you will enjoy a game viewing activity in this spectacular wildlife kingdom. Spend the hottest part of the day relaxing around the pool or perhaps take a siesta to make up for the early morning wake-up call. In the afternoon you will be taken on another unforgettable safari through the unspoiled African bush.
Jackalberry Lodge in Thornybush Private Game Reserve, adjoining the Greater Kruger National Park, is one of the world’s premier ‘Big Five’ game viewing areas. Game drives in open safari vehicles with highly trained rangers and trackers offer the privilege of experiencing a true bushveld environment, as well as the prospect of seeing Africa’s ‘Big Five’ at close quarters.

Day 8: After an early morning game drive to track the animals that may have eluded you so far, you will be transferred to Hoedspruit for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. (B)
On arrival at Johannesburg International Airport, connect with your scheduled international flight back to the USA.
Day 9: Arrive in New York or Washington with a lifetime of memories!
