Safari Details
Serviced safari: No camp duties.
Accommodation: 11 nights standard mobile safari with camp beds, mattress, sleeping bag and small pillow. 2 nights hotel/guest house in Windhoek & Swakopmund.
Meals: All meals prepared by the cook on safari except in Windhoek(breakfast only) and Swakopmund (breakfast and lunch only). Drinks are excluded and may be purchased en-route.
Group size: 2-12 participants
Transfers: Transfers in Windhoek are included on day 1 & day 14.

Day By Day Itinerary
Day 1 Windhoek
Windhoek, with it’s lingering heritage of German architecture, activities and atmosphere, is a city that can be visited throughout the year. This day is spent at your own leisure. Hotel Safari (or similar accommodation) (Dinner own arrangements).
Day 2, 3 & 4 Etosha National Park
This park is one of the most important reserves and game sanctuaries In Africa with thousands of wild animals and birds attracted to the area. Early morning and late afternoon game drives are enjoyed watching the amazing diversity of animals around the floodlit waterhole bordering our camp. Accommodation Under Canvas (All Meals).
Day 5 Ruacana
We drive through the ‘Owaboland’ which consists of communal farming land of the Oshiwambo people. We arrive at Ruacana in the afternoon and have time to relax in our camp on the banks of the Kunene River. Accommodation Under Canvas. (All Meals)
Day 6 & 7 Kaokoland – Himba Visit – Epupa Falls
The Epupa Falls are a series of cascades where the Kunene River forms a multitude of channels and rock pools. We visit a Himba Village. The Himbas are a semi-nomadic tribe, who live in scattered settlements throughout the region. Accommodation Under Canvas. (All Meals)
Day 8 Damaraland
The changing colours of the surrounding landscape are enjoyed on a guided walk with explanations of the unique flora and geology of the area. Accommodation Under Canvas. (All Meals)
Day 9 Twfelfontein - Brandberg
The following morning we visit the Twyfelfontein area with walks to view the rock engravings, Organ Pipes, and Burnt Mountain. We camp at the foot of the Bradgerb mountain which is the highest mountain in Namibia. Accommodation Under Canvas. (All Meals)
Day 10 Swakopmund
On our way to Swakopmun we visit the Cape Cross Seal Colony one of the largest mainland seal colonies in the world. Time is spent at own leisure in Swakopmund to enjoy the charm of this old town or enjoy one of the many optional activities on offer. Guest House. (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 11 Gamsberg Mountain via Moon Landscape
Driving via the Moon landscape where in the evening we have the opportunity of viewing globular clusters and planets (weather permitting). Accommodation Under Canvas. (All Meals)
Day 12 & 13 Namib Desert - Sesriem
Our journey takes us south to the heart of the Namib Desert. In the afternoon we enjoy a short hike through the Sesriem Canyon. The following morning is an early departure for Soussusvlei where the morning is spent walking amongst the dunes of Soussusvlei and Deadvlei. Accommodation Under Canvas. (All Meals)
Day 14 Windhoek
Climbing through the mountains of the Namib Naukluft Park we arrive in Windhoek early afternoon.
